The Movendis Banded V-belt is engineered to operate multiple belts as a cohesive unit, ensuring an even distribution of load with each strand snugly fitting into the sheave groove.
Constructed from rubber materials, it offers resistance to weathering, oils, water, and certain solvents. Featuring a flex-weave cover, it combines flexibility with durability, and its cords are firmly bonded to the belt’s body to ensure uniform load distribution.
This design minimizes bending stress without compromising the integrity of the cord.
This is suited for the operational components like the mobility and the disconnection mechanisms in different models of harvesters. It features an integrated design that addresses the issues of out-of-sync movements resulting from a single strip assembly, as well as the vibration and fluttering due to the belt’s pitch line being non-circular, a problem introduced by the gear train’s external tensioning roller.
